More than 400 trucks and a large number of visitors characterized the Rüssel Truck Show 2025 - an event that not only inspires commercial vehicle enthusiasts, but also supports a remarkable charity campaign. This year, a considerable sum was once again collected for the association to support children with cancer in Kassel - with an unprecedented result.

The open-air season and the FERNFAHRER "Drive Your Dream" tour traditionally kicked off at the Autohof in Lohfelden - for the twelfth time. Sunny weather and mild temperatures attracted numerous truck fans to the region near Kassel. Major brands from the industry were represented with exhibition areas. On stage, presenter Merlin Iffland made children's eyes light up with his famous candy shower.

Despite the exuberant atmosphere, the focus at this meeting was, as always, on social commitment. Once again this year, money was actively collected for the Verein für krebskranke Kinder Kassel e. V. - an organization that supports affected families in a very difficult phase of their lives.

... and a record amount of donations

In 2025, companies, exhibitors, truckers and guests once again demonstrated remarkable generosity.

"This event is always a very special moment for us," said Claudia Röllke, Chairwoman of the Kassel-based association. On Sunday evening, Mike Lawson from the organization team announced an overwhelming donation total of 112,000 euros - a new high in the history of the event.
