Under the motto "Shift change", the Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk from Ursberg (drw.de) invited to a campaign in which Kögel also took part.
During the "shift change", disabled employees of the Ringeisen-Werk are given the opportunity to either work in a company for a day or take part in a company tour to gain an insight into its working environment. Conversely, members of the companies work together with their employees for a day in various workshops at the Dominikus-Ringeisen plant. The Kögel delegate from the marketing department, Isabell Unseld, was warmly welcomed in the textile and arts and crafts workshop and learned how to make Christmas decorations and cut fabrics for further processing.
The campaign provides a valuable and instructive insight into an institution whose motto is "Every person is precious" and whose work is important and indispensable.
