Kögel platform vehicles

The tried and tested trailers from KÖGEL are of course also available as platform trailers. The chassis of various vehicle types - KÖGEL CARGO, MEGA, COIL and LIGHT - serves as the basis for transporting weather-resistant freight. These KÖGEL platform trailers can be customized with extensive equipment for your transport task up to the Kögel MULTI.

The KÖGEL MULTI is the solution for transporting building materials with a body consisting of a front wall, side drop sides and a rear wall to complete the open box.

Corrosion protection

Nano-Ceramic with KTL coating is the most modern and high-quality form of industrial surface treatment. It is just as good as zinc phosphating, but more environmentally friendly. The durable, clean coating can be repainted at any time. We grant a ten-year guarantee against rusting through on the vehicle frame.

Comprehensive services are available at any time and from anywhere via our website. Repairs and warranties can be easily processed online. Our KÖGEL Assistance hotline is there for you around the clock and is available in many European languages.

Frame construction

The sturdy, torsionally rigid, welded ladder frame with inserted cross members for high payloads and point loads forms the backbone of the KÖGEL NOVUM vehicle generation. This guarantees a long service life.

Kögel system solutions

KÖGEL COILFIX

We have developed KÖGEL COILFIX for the ideal load securing of coils and slit strips on trailers. Insertion stanchions and an easy-to-use mechanism form a form-fit securing system. This enables the coils to be lashed down particularly quickly. COILFIX allows the coils to be secured securely and stably without damaging the load.

KÖGEL Telematics

The position of your trailer in real time, the coupling status, the EBS data, the opening status of the doors, the room temperature, the operating mode of the cooling unit and set setpoints - this and much more data can be mapped via the KÖGEL Telematics connectivity database in the KÖGEL Telematics web portal and other fleet management systems. You can import your data into existing processes and a wide variety of software systems in real time.
