Your tasks:

  • Operational management of sales in Scandinavia based on the definition of objectives set by the company's management
  • Responsible for the sales of the "Kögel" products in Scandinavia and the expansion of sales, as well as for the achievement of the sales targets determined by the company's management and the satisfaction of customers and potential customers
  • Responsible for sales growth in Scandinavia
  • Conception of a sales strategy derived from the goals determined by the company as well as its implementation, control and optimization.
  • Establishment of a sales structure in Scandinavia
  • Preparation of sales forecasts and plans for costs and sales in the short, medium and long term
  • Permanent market observation, acquisition and development of new customers and partners
  • Expansion of the structures and processes of the distribution channels
  • Market and product analysis to align the strategic approach
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and their support, intensification of existing customer relationships and strengthening of the company's position in Scandinavia
  • Strategic planning of sales activities
  • Sales project responsibility and control, execution of contract negotiations with customers and partners
  • Professional representation of the company
  • Close cooperation with product management and marketing
  • Sales and budget responsibility for Scandinavia
  • Preparation of a detailed weekly report on his activity and the results of his activity and transmission to the management before the end of the respective week analogous to the requirements from sales controlling
  • Preparation of a detailed action plan for the following month and submission before the end of each month to the management of the company

Your requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training and subsequent further qualification with focus on sales/distribution or successfully completed industrial engineering/business administration studies
  • Five years in comparable position/standing, including leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a team (matrix organization), goal-oriented leadership
  • Confident and serious appearance, good persuasiveness, assertiveness and communication skills
  • Relevant experience in the commercial vehicle or construction industry
  • Existing network and detailed market knowledge
  • Experienced in network development and dealer support
  • Experienced in setting up and managing sales organizations, including direct sales
  • Accustomed to develop strategies, derive appropriate activities and drive implementation
  • Bargaining power and security of deals
  • Traveling
