Kögel dump truck wins first TTW Reader Award

For the first time, readers of the trade magazine "Truck & Trailer Welt" had the opportunity to vote for their favorites in ten different commercial vehicle categories in the newly created TTW Readers' Award. In the "TipperChamp 2025" category, the new Kögel tipper body came out on top and took first place. The decisive factors for its success were its low tare weight, balanced chassis and wide, one-piece body.

Premiere at bauma

The Kögel tipper body, presented for the first time at bauma 2025, impresses with an optimum ratio between tare weight and payload. In its minimum configuration, it only weighs approx. 5,200 kilograms. The one-piece welded, wide and low-slung body ensures a high level of stability thanks to its low center of gravity. It is made of wear-resistant, tempered sheet steel and is therefore ideal for transporting abrasive materials. A manually or electronically operated cover also reliably prevents the loss of loads during the journey.
