A First for the Plant Fire Department: Successful Firefighter Training at Kögel

An important milestone for our plant fire department:
For the first time, Kögel Trailer GmbH successfully conducted a firefighter training program.

Five Kögel employees and a guest from RWE completed an intensive week of training, during which they learned both the theoretical fundamentals and the practical skills needed for their roles as firefighters. The training curriculum included, among other things, the fundamentals of firefighting, the safe handling of equipment, and various emergency scenarios.

What makes this training program special is that none of the participants had previously been members of a volunteer fire department. They all started as newcomers to the field and tackled this new challenge with great dedication.

Special thanks go to Christopher Brand, head of the plant fire department at Kögel. Through his initiative, he launched this first firefighter training program and provided the participants with expert and dedicated guidance throughout the entire training week.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates on successfully completing their training and look forward to having them join the Kögel plant fire department in the future.
