At the beginning of February, the KÖGEL headquarters became the center of our European sales department. At the annual sales meeting, sales employees from all over Europe came together, united by a common goal - to to actively promote the success of KÖGEL.

In intensive workshops, open discussions and inspiring exchanges, we shared experiences, sharpened strategies and learned from each other. Because our sales department is more than just a function - it is the engine of KÖGEL, the driving force behind growth, customer proximity and sustainable success.

That is why the two days were deliberately held under the motto „Because we can“. This motto stands for our cohesion, our ambition and our will to overcome challenges together. With team spirit, passion and daily commitment, we are working to achieve our goals for 2026 - convinced that we can.
