Impressive resilience

The newly developed MULDEN-KIPPER from Kögel focuses on the success factor of lightness and impresses with an optimum ratio of tare weight to payload. With a minimum tare weight of just 5,200 kg, this tipper is around 300 kg lighter than conventional vehicles. Despite its low weight, the tipper offers maximum stability thanks to the robust chassis made of high-strength fine-grained steel and a wide, low-lying body, which ensures outstanding load capacity.

Bulk goods

The 3-part welded Kögel tipper body has a straight inner surface with a dirt-repellent front wall. This enables a good material flow when tipping. The adhesion of moist or cohesive materials is reduced. Kögel also offers a sliding roof for the MULDEN-KIPPER, which can be operated manually or electrically to prevent loss of load and road dust.

Demolition

The robust skip construction made of high-strength steel can also withstand high impact loads and guarantees a long service life. Construction waste, chunks of concrete or steel beams can be transported risk-free without endangering the structure of the vehicle. The stable vehicle frame and the well-balanced axle load distribution also ensure a secure stance when tipping, even with heavy loads.

Construction site use

The Kögel MULDEN-KIPPER is versatile and can be used for various materials. Whether earth, gravel or concrete residues - the short, maneuverable wheelbase enables optimum maneuvering on the construction site. The perfect combination of low tare weight and maximum payload ensures excellent economy.

Road construction

The high payload of the Kögel MULDEN-KIPPER, its easy-to-handle load securing and good maneuverability ensure efficient operation on the construction site. The robust materials and well thought-out design guarantee a long service life as well as high cost-effectiveness.
