The newly developed COOL LITESHELL refrigerated vehicle from Kögel Trailer GmbH sets new standards in temperature-controlled logistics. It impresses with an efficient combination of lightweight construction, reliability and sustainability and thus offers optimum conditions for the safe transportation of sensitive and perishable goods. The robust design ensures a stable cold chain and economical operation at the same time.
Increasing regulatory requirements, digital logistics chains and the growing demand for just-in-time fresh food logistics are increasing the need for efficient and resource-saving refrigerated vehicles. The COOL LITESHELL was developed precisely for these challenges and enables noticeable efficiency gains in daily use. The integrated efficiency calculator can be used to transparently determine the savings potential that can be realized when using the COOL LITESHELL compared to conventional refrigerated trailers.

The unique LITESHELL panel technology does not require a steel cover layer. The outer shell consists of a top layer of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The panel convinces with high stability and at the same time flexibility to absorb dynamic driving forces.
Sturdy, torsion-resistant, welded ladder frame with inserted cross beams for high payloads and point loads with a low dead weight.
Floor with cross beams made of glass fiber reinforced plastic sheets (GRP) instead of standard wooden cross beams.
Freely foamed PU cores ensure more efficient insulation and thus increase cooling performance.
This makes the vehicle particularly suitable for pharmaceutical and deep-freeze transportation.
Maximum flexibility in interior use thanks to double anchor rails in the interior.
