Decide in favour of durable transport products made according to German quality standards. Our lorry trailers are made using high quality materials with an excellent finish. This already starts with the chassis: With the help of a high quality surface coating (Nano Ceramic plus cathodic dip-paint coating), the frames are permanently protected from corrosion. The light brackets attached above the underride guard are made of impact resistant plastic and don't give degradation processes a chance. Reliable electronics and axles made by renowned manufacturers complete the trailer. Before we start volume production, we thoroughly test our lorry trailers. Because only the trailers which pass our comprehensive driving and durability tests will also survive every day life in a challenging logistics environment.

Trailers with incorporated safety

With a Kögel trailer, you will have a reliable, top quality "workhorse" in your fleet. Don't take any chances with safety. Every single one of our lorry trailers is fitted with an underride guard on the sides which meets EU directive ECE-R73. Our vehicles meet all stability requirements for reinforced bodies according to DIN EN 12642 code XL. The body of a trailer which has been awarded this certificate absorbs all the driving dynamics forces which occur in accordance with VDI 2700 (German industry standard). In addition to that, there is the electronic braking system installed as standard (EBS), which is responsible for controlling the brakes, air suspension and much more.
