We make all of the components for our box trailers from high quality material and ensure they are finished by craftsmen. The stable base is provided by the chassis with standard modules and components. A nano-ceramic plus KTL coating protects the chassis from corrosion. We develop the walls and roof in our in-house Centre of excellence for sandwich panels. The end beam attached high up with an integrated protective bumper deflects impact forces into the frame in case there should ever be a "crash" on the ramp. All Kögel box trailers also meet the stability requirements for reinforced bodies according to DIN EN 12642 Code XL.
