Deputy Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• • Substitute customer service management
  • Consulting for customers at home and abroad: customer-specific solutions for special technical problems
  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Creation of concepts and technical solutions
  • Creation of repair instructions with the specialist departments
  • Recording of complaints, preparation of credit notes and invoices
  • Assessment of the old parts and evaluation of these with the suppliers
  • Participation in the creation of service literature as well as product training
  • Service partner support
  • Participation and implementation in training and service measures
  • Participation in in-house trade fairs and exhibitions at home and abroad

Your requirements:

• • Completed technical training in the field of automotive engineering or vehicle construction and ideally successfully completed further training as a master craftsman or technician
  • Customer service experience
  • Foreign languages: English spoken and written
  • Other foreign languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility, resilience and self-motivation
  • Customer-oriented behavior and self-confident appearance
  • Coordinate customer contact and service calls
  • Development of constructive solutions with the specialist departments
  • Support for training and service measures
