Pre-condition: General higher education entrance qualification / advanced technical college entrance qualification with a subject-related degree

Duration of training:

• 3 years
• Practical training takes place in Burtenbach and Ulm
• Study phases take place at DHBW Heidenheim

The training takes place in the following work / task areas:

• Materials and production management
• Procurement, storage and distribution of raw materials and supplies
• Sales
• Selling products, maintaining customer contacts, advertising, market research and sales promotion
• Finance and accounting
• Activities of business and/or financial accounting, cost and performance accounting (controlling) as well as financing and investment preparation
• Human resources, personnel management, personnel recruitment, personnel reduction, personnel planning and personnel development
• Organization and data processing
• Establish organizational structures and optimize, design work processes and the necessary information flows
