Start of training: 01 September 2024

Pre-condition: Good to intermediate education

Duration of training:

• 3 years
• The practical training takes place in Burtenbach
• The vocational school lessons take place in Augsburg/Ursberg

What you can expect from us: 

• Coating, treatment and design of surfaces
• Manufacture of lettering, design and effect painting
• Maintenance and repair of surfaces
• Performing disassembly and assembly work
• Carrying out repair work on vehicles and vehicle parts
• Performing measurements and documenting the results
• Select, set up, operate, and maintain equipment, tools, machinery, and systems for the work order.
• Machining of materials and components
• Work independently on a job-by-job basis, both alone and as part of a team
• Independent determination of the work steps and the required materials
• Taking measures for safety and health protection at work as well as for environmental protection at the workplace
• Checking the work for flawless execution
• Documenting the work
• Carry out quality assurance measures and record quantities and time spent to calculate the services provided
• Testing, evaluating and preparing for the final coating of substrates
• Carrying out protective measures for areas that are not to be processed
