We at Kögel Trailer GmbH are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country Manager Poland (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating our sales team, acquiring new customers, and managing existing ones. This is a full-time job based in Poland.

Your tasks

• Technical and operational coordination and administration of the sales team
• Acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers
• Strategic development of existing and innovative sales concepts
• Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities tailored to target groups
• Market research and analysis
• Expansion and implementation of training and coaching measures
• Training new sales employees
• Optimization of sales of products and services
• Cooperation with business partners

Your profile

• Experience in the commercial vehicle industry
• Segment-relevant experience would be great
• Relevant professional experience in a management position
• Excellent technical understanding and strategic working style
• Social skills and team spirit
• Commitment and high resilience
• Good computational and analytical skills
• Fluent English skills and, if necessary, knowledge of another foreign language
