Test Kögel Telematics now free of charge

Detailed analysis of trailer data and cross-platform data exchange - these functions are made possible by Kögel Telematics. From March 2022, every customer who buys a Kögel trailer will receive the two data management packages Kögel Track and Kögel Cool free of charge for 3 months.

Since June 2021, Kögel has been equipping all vehicles ex works and as standard with its own trailer telematics system Kögel Telematics. This enables Kögel customers to have full control over the condition of the trailer fleet, the load and the operating costs at all times. From March 2022, all Kögel customers will receive a free three-month trial subscription to the Kögel Track and Kögel Cool data management packages automatically from the time of delivery as part of the Kögel "Connect & Test" campaign for new orders.

Kögel Telematics optimizes the vehicle fleet

The innovative Kögel Telematics data management system helps to reduce fleet costs through optimized, forward-looking service and maintenance processes, thus making vehicle use even more economical. Flawless technical condition of the trailers ensures that the fuel consumption of the tractor unit is optimal. This reduces CO2 and pollutant emissions. Open interfaces to all common telematics portals

Thanks to the open interfaces of Kögel Telematics, operators of mixed trailer fleets, for example, can easily obtain all telematics data of their fleet at a glance - and this completely independently of the respective preferred telematics portal.

Real-time access to numerous trailer data

The cost-effective, state-of-the-art and reliable Kögel Trailer Telematics provides real-time access to trailer EBS, location, cooling, tire and trailer data. Thanks to the Kögel Telematics connectivity database, all recorded data can not only be mapped in the clear, self-explanatory Kögel Telematics web portal and other fleet management systems, but can also be imported into existing processes and a wide range of software systems in real time. This data can be evaluated as required via the Kögel Telematics web portal and all other common systems.

It also allows alarms to be set in the Kögel Telematics web portal, which inform the forwarding company, workshop or fleet manager about defined deviations from the set parameters via SMS or email, as required – whether it’s a deviation of the vehicle from the set route (geofencing) or a deviation from the target temperature.
