Every year, we train around 15 young talents in technical, commercial and many other professions.
The best part? Our trainees are taken on by Kögel 100 % after their training and have great opportunities to progress to higher positions over time.
Six dedicated trainers from different areas are at your side to ensure that you receive first-class training. They always have an open ear for you and ensure that you feel comfortable and well supported with us.
There is also plenty of fun to be had. You can get actively involved in school partnerships, organize parties and senior get-togethers or take part in cool company projects.

To further improve the high standard of your training, we have invested a significant sum in a new training workshop and in new equipment for our new and existing trainees.
From now on, prospective construction mechanics and skilled workers for metal technology can train their skills here. Your training supervisors will welcome you and other apprentices at the Burtenbach site in the bright and modern premises.
Sound training in the apprenticeships that are so important for production, such as mechanics, metal technicians, but also painters and electricians, is the best way to combat the increasingly pressing shortage of skilled workers in the region. The attractiveness of our training workshop
is equipped with modern machines and digital technology, such as a whiteboard and laptops for theory lessons.
The new training workshop is a showcase project for us at the Burtenbach site.
