Kögel platform vehicles

The proven trailers from Kögel are of course also available as plateaus. The chassis of various vehicle types - Kögel Cargo, Mega, Coil and Light - serves as the basis for transporting weather-resistant freight. These Kögel platform trailers can be adapted with extensive equipment for your transport task, right up to the Kögel Multi.

The Kögel Multi is the solution for transporting building materials with a body consisting of a front wall, drop sides and a back wall completed to form an open box.

Corrosion protection

Nano-Ceramic with KTL coating is the most modern and high-quality form of industrial surface treatment. It is just as good as zinc phosphating, but more environmentally friendly. The durable, clean coating can be repainted at any time. We grant a ten-year guarantee against rusting through on the vehicle frame.

Frame construction

The stable, distortion-resistant, welded ladder frame with inserted cross beams for high payloads and point loads forms the backbone of the Kögel NOVUM vehicle generation. It guarantees a long service life.

The Kögel trailer axle KTA NOVUM is ideal for all Kögel trailers of the NOVUM generation. Durable, sustainable and resilient - thanks to a high level of engineering competence, you are always on the move efficiently with this integrated chassis system. Extremely easy to maintain, economical and environmentally friendly - KTA NOVUM fulfills three central wishes of Kögel customers, true to our motto: Because we care.

Kögel COILFIX

We developed Kögel COILFIX to facilitate perfect load-securing for coils and split strips on trailers. Stanchions and an easy-to-use mechanism form a positive-locking securing system. This means the coils can be lashed particularly quickly. COILFIX therefore facilitates the reliable and stable securing of the coils without damaging the cargo.

Kögel Telematics

The position of your trailer in real time, the coupling status, the EBS data, the opening status of the doors, the room temperature, the operating mode of the refrigeration unit and the setpoints set - these and many other data can be mapped via the Kögel Telematics connectivity database in the Kögel Telematics web portal and other fleet management systems. In this way, you can import your data into existing processes and a wide range of software systems in real time.
