We are looking for a Design Engineer / Technical Draftsman (m/f/d) for our vehicle design and development in the branch office Schärding / AUT with focus on heavy duty program (low load and tipper vehicles).
Your tasks:
Development of new concepts, development of products, systems, etc. or concepts of modified vehicles (with alignment of possible modular components).
Supervise design tasks within the scope of the development task, i.e. supervise new components, systems, product parts and monitor quality with regard to product liability. Checking new application possibilities (technologies) for usability and possibility of use.
Support (technically) the Purchasing department regarding the selection of new suppliers and the selection of purchased parts, etc.
Ensure that product parts, modules, components are provided on time, functionally and in accordance with installation requirements as part of the development work. Monitoring/checking of the respective development status with specification of possible solution proposals or measures to achieve the target, or initiation of corrective measures.
Conduct product specific training and prepare documentation.
Oversee projects (pre-production, prototyping, etc.) in collaboration with other departments and monitor project budgets.

Your requirements:
